Our goal is to provide the best shipping potions, regardless of where you live. Every day, we serve customers in Jordan and strive to provide the highest level of service.
Delivery options
- We offer Standard Shipping. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over 80 JDs for most countries. Please refer to Shipping Time and Shipping Restrictions for more information on countries that are out of delivery.
- All delivery options and their corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders may be delayed due to high demand. Thank you for bearing with us.
Shipping times
Shipping time starts from the moment an order has been processed and dispatched.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
This is usually 1-3 business days after your order is accepted. Kindly note that processing time and shipping time can take longer during sale.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is displayed on the specific product description pages.
In situations of custom delays, shipping time may take longer than usual. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are filled in correctly at checkout to avoid any possibilities of a failed delivery. If you find that your order information is wrong, please get in touch with our customer service with your order number and correct shipping details as soon as you can. We apologies for not being able to redirect or withdraw any orders once items have been dispatched.
For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
Shipping Restrictions
For orders shipped to remote locations, shipping time will take longer than usual. Please allow additional time for orders.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
